What does a development manager do?
A development manager looks after the project for the client, from the idea and the site through feasibility, approvals and the decisions that follow. Kariba does that work. Kariba does not build the project.
When should I bring Kariba in?
The useful time is before the brief is locked and before money is committed to design. We can also join later, once you know which decisions are still open.
Do you work outside Perth?
The practice is based in Perth. The current project list includes work in Western Australia and one retail project in South Australia. Ask Dee about a site before assuming it is covered.
